Keyboard shortcuts in Excel
The quote “When it comes to success, there are no shortcuts” by Robert Foster Bennett is something we’ve all heard countless times in our lives. However, when it comes to Excel, it’s quite the opposite. Excel shortcuts can indeed lead you to success.
Excel shortcuts enable you to perform tasks much faster than using the mouse and navigating through menus. This can significantly boost your productivity, especially when working on large and complex spreadsheets.
The question here is how to become accustomed to these shortcuts, right? But the answer is very simple, although its implementation requires a lot of hard work and will eventually lead you to where you want to be. So, the answer is hiding your mouse in a place where you can’t easily find it. Perhaps even the Chamber of Secrets would be suitable 😉
So, going back to what you’ve heard numerous times, which remains true here as well: when it comes to success, there are no shortcuts. To acquire these shortcuts, work on Excel without the mouse, and over time, your fingers will adapt to knowing where to go next as your mind guides them through each step. Trust me, it worked for me, and it will work for anyone.
